Abstract:	BRANDON SCHOOL DIVISION Notes from the February 13, 2012 Regular Board Meeting The Board received a presentation from seven students from Kirkcaldy Heights School regarding the school’s High Ability Learners Enrichment Programming and their experiences in the various clusters which had been offered. The Board approved the establishment of a scholarship to be known as “The Kayleigh Brugger Character Scholarship” for a male or female student graduating from Vincent Massey High School.
